Looking for the best lenses for real estate photography and videography in 2021? Your search ends right here
These three best lenses for real estate have several advantages:
NIKON AF-S NIKKOR 24-70MM F/2.8E ED VR LENS
My personal opinion is that the 24-70mm is a fantastic lens. It covers a lot of ground and works for a lot of different shooting situations. You will never regret buying one of those lenses.
In general, the 24-105mm is a bit more versatile than the 24-70mm. It works well both outdoors and indoors. The 24-105mm offers a little more reach than the 24-70mm. It also allows for tighter compositions while working from a distance.

Almost all of the major camera brands make a 24-70mm version for their mount. Other companies like Tamron, Sigma, and Tokina manufacture versions for the other major mounts. Those may include Sony E mount, Canon EF, and the Nikon F mount.
SONY FE 24-105MM F/4 G OSS LENS
This is a very versatile lens designed for Sony’s E mount system, which is also used by mirrorless cameras.
A number of Sony cameras with the aperture of f/4 can be used with this lens, and the camera also features a built-in image stabilizer that allows you to take steady pictures even with hand-held exposure.
Some real estate agents and or real estate photographers don’t take it upon themselves to always carry a tripod.
When you’re facing challenges of hand-held shooting, the built-in Sony OSS (Optical Stabilization System) is a great help.
SIGMA 14-24MM F/2.8 DG DN ART LENS
In tight spaces, such as in bathrooms, kitchens, and attics, you will need a lens that can operate between 14mm and 24mm. These places leave you with a small amount of space to maneuver or take a good picture.
Although there are even wider lenses, I would recommend that you do not use them as they make the horizon of normal imagery tangent to the realm of fish-eye lenses.
You don’t need a fish-eye lens for real estate, as the rounded effect is not appropriate for this purpose. Fourteen to twenty-four millimeters works too.
Property images are the first lead magnet you have at your disposal. By pairing a great cameras with the right lens, you can make every project a success.
